Success meditation is becoming mainstream more and more, day by day. Scientists are discovering more and more physical benefits of meditation while success-minded people are finding meditation extremely helpful for maintaining focus and joyfully surpassing their goals for business and life.
We thought it would be great to give you a chance to try it out for yourself! Here is one of our favorite guided success meditation sessions called “Manifest Success & Abundance.”
How to use this success meditation:
1) Get comfortable and remove distractions.
2) Follow the instructions at the beginning of the meditation and relax.
3) Keep your thoughts under control! Don’t let your mind wander to problems or things happening around you. If you find yourself drifting away from the guided meditation, gently bring yourself back to center and don’t beat yourself up for catching your mind wandering. Just come back to gentle focus on the meditation.
4) See how you feel after doing the meditation. You should notice some pretty big things like a peaceful feeling, and better focus on your work for the rest of the day.
5) Repeat and do other meditations daily for at least 15 minutes.
6) Visualization is an important technique used by professional athletes and successful people all over the world. Make your visualizations count during this meditation.
You’ll notice a big difference not only in your success mindset, focus, and confidence, but you will also notice physical differences in your body and general well-being.
